These terms cover your use of ephesianarmament.com and any order you place with Ephesian Armament (“we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

The shop

We sell firearm accessories, engraved goods, Cerakote work, and related merch. We do not sell firearms. You must be 18 or older to order. By checking out you confirm you are 18 or older and that you can legally buy and receive the items in your cart at the ship-to address.

You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live and where the package is going, including magazine capacity and accessory rules. We may refuse or cancel an order we cannot legally fulfill. If we cancel, we refund what you paid.

Orders and pricing

Prices, stock, and lead times can change. An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email or start fulfillment. We can cancel an order for suspected fraud, a pricing error, a stock issue, or a shipping restriction.

Payment is due at checkout unless we have agreed to another arrangement in writing.

Custom work

Artwork, text, and specs you send us must be yours to use. Custom and engraved work is produced to the specs you approve. See the Refund policy for what is and is not returnable.

Shipping and risk

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier scans the package. Delivery dates are estimates.

Intellectual property

The site, product photos, engravings, and brand marks are ours or used with permission. Do not copy them for resale.

Disclaimer

Products are sold as-is for lawful civilian use. We are not liable for how you install or use a grip, magazine, or other accessory, or for any injury or damage that follows. To the extent Texas law allows, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts sitting in Texas.
