Shipping policy
We ship from Elgin, Texas. In-stock items usually leave within 1–5 business days. Custom engraving, Cerakote, and made-to-order work follow the lead time on the product page.
You get a tracking number when the order ships. Domestic packages typically go USPS.
United States
Rates at checkout come from the live cart (weight and order total). Current domestic options:
- Economy: $4.90 up to 5 lb, $19.90 from 5–70 lb. Free Economy on orders $50 and up.
- Standard: $6.90 up to 1 lb, $9.90 from 1–5 lb.
International
We ship to the countries offered at checkout. International rates are calculated at checkout through USPS and DHL Express. The buyer is responsible for duties, taxes, and any import limits in the destination country.
Restricted items
Some products (including magazines) cannot ship to every address. If we cannot legally fulfill an order to your destination, we will cancel it and refund you. You are responsible for knowing the laws where the package is going.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes when the carrier or the item requires a street address.
Problems
If a package is marked delivered and you do not have it, contact us within 7 days at info@ephesianarmament.com with the order number. We will open a carrier claim when that is the right next step.
