Stock merch

Unused, uninstalled stock items (Zippos, chaplets, coins, patches, stickers, and similar) can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. The item must be in original condition, with original packaging when it shipped with packaging.

Return shipping is on you unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

Custom, engraved, and Cerakote

Custom wood or metal grips, laser-engraved pieces, Cerakote work, and other made-to-order items are final sale. We will replace or refund a piece that arrives damaged or that does not match what you ordered.

Once engraving or coating has started, we cannot cancel for a change of mind.

Magazines and restricted gear

Unopened magazines may be returned under the 14-day stock rule if we can legally take them back. Opened magazines are not returnable. We will not accept a return that we cannot legally receive.

How to start a return

Email info@ephesianarmament.com with your order number, what you want to return, and why. Do not ship anything back until we reply with a return address.

Refunds go back to the original payment method after we inspect the return. Shipping charges are only refunded when the return is our error.
